SALE METHOD: REGISTRATION AND OPENING BID CAN BE SUBMITTED TO EAST IOWA REAL ESTATE BY 3:00 P.M. DECEMBER 1ST, 2020. ONCE BIDS ARE RECEIVED THE TOP BID WILL BE POSTED ONLINE AT WWW.EASTIOWALAND.COM ON THE 'ONLINE AUCTION' TAB. REGISTERED BIDDERS WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO RAISE THE ONLINE BIDDING THROUGH 3:00 P.M., DECEMBER 3RD, 2020. BIDS CAN BE SUBMITTED ONLINE, TEXT, BY PHONE OR IN PERSON.  IF A BID IS SUBMITTED WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF THE DEADLINE THE BIDDING WILL EXTEND ANOTHER 10 MINUTES AND REPEAT UNTIL BIDDING ENDS. BIDDING WILL BE NO LESS THAN $25 INCREMENTS ON PER NET ACRE. SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT  ANY OR ALL BIDS.  
 

EARNEST PAYMENT:
