Auction terms are attached on the printable PDF.  The property consists of and bidding will be on a total of 138.64 Net Surveyed Acres. This will be an on line auction with Bidders to register and submit first round of bids by filling out the bidding form and emailing or mailing to East Iowa Real Estate. Once Bidders are registered and qualified, and have submitted their bid, the highest bid will be posted on this website page. We will be taking bids by email, text message or phone and posting bids amounts on this website. Seller will give approximately 2 days to bid and bidding will end on the second day at a determined time. If a bid is received within 10 minutes of the deadline the auction will be extended another 10 minutes until bidding ends. Once the bidding is ended we will disclose the name of the successful bidder and amount to all participants of the auction.  

Sellers reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Final sale is subject to the approval of the Seller.

The successful Bidder will enter into a purchase contract with the Seller immediately after the auction. A 10% NON-REFUNDABLE down payment is required when signing the purchase contract. The sale is not contingent upon Buyer financing. 

 Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any claim against the Seller or East Iowa Real Estate for posting, website or internet failure. We will perform the auction within capable measures. We will offer assistance to Buyers that are not able to submit bids electronically.
