Chuck Schwager is the broker and owner of East Iowa Real Estate (Caraway Realty, Inc.) He is a member of the National and Iowa Association of Realtors, the East Central Iowa Association of Realtors, and the Realtors Land Institute.
Chuck grew up on a farm with eight brothers and three sisters, and from a young age helped with all the work that needed to be done on the family farms. Chuck's parents Vince and Rosemary owned and operated farms growing crops, raising beef cattle, producing pork and milking cows. They also owned and managed rental houses in the area. Raised on a family farm and knowing what it is to work hard gives Chuck a good background in the farming and real estate industry. Chuck bought a farm at a young age and weathered the farm crisis of the 80's; he continues to own and be involved in farming and managing rental houses today.
Chuck is seasoned in representing both buyers and sellers in the real estate market. He is experienced in marketing, business and investments. Chuck specializes in farmland and rural properties and is prepared to handle all your real estate transactions. East Iowa Real Estate usually has a good inventory of residential, commercial and investment properties as well as farm and recreational land.
